So let's be clear I only buy Samsung I'm posting this on a Galaxy s25 Ultra that I traded an s24 ultra for that I traded an s23 ultra for if you get my point. I've also had a flip five a flip six a flip four and any other Samsung device you can think of. I've got bud Pro 3 sitting right next to me with a 45 watt charger for my phone and a 15-watt wireless charger for my earbuds I've got a q990 22 Channel soundbar and the center of all of it is my q900b 65 inch 8K 33 million pixel television. I have my Xbox series X and switch to connected to it and run Dolby Atmos to the sound bar and I've showed it off to anyone who will look at it. Today out of the Clear Blue Sky a line appeared going up and down the screen about three quarters of the way across the right hand side of the screen this TV's never been moved no one's ever touched it and it's been perfectly maintained. It is exactly 2 years old as I purchased it October 6th 2023. You would think a $5,000 TV would last longer than 2 years but how am I supposed to even function with an 8K TV that has a line going down it doesn't even make any sense. Then Samsung has my warranty date wrong so I have to call them and get it corrected, and of course they're probably going to try to charge me as I live in Oklahoma and the place that is going to come to repair it also repairs clothes washing machines. For a lifetime Samsung buyer, beta tester, and admittedly someone who probably sells just as much products as your best advertising for you. I am completely crushed because I can no longer afford to replace this TV if it goes bad not after 2 years. It just doesn't make any sense Samsung please make this better I've spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on your products over the last 25 years and I don't want this to be a sour deal. From refrigerator to phone to tablet and headphones I've got all of it.

Has anyone else experienced this blue line situation? It is one line and there is zero damage to my TV never been touched

Good evening and welcome to our community! I can totally understand how frustrating this is and am delighted to assist you! Have you checked to see if the line appears during the picture test? You can do this by going to settings>all settings>support>device care> self diagnosis>picture test.

If the line appears during the picture test, the TV will require service. You can use the following link to locate a service center near you https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/locations/ or you can send a private message to any of the mods here with a link to this post and your full model code and serial number of the TV.

I have done every test that I could find and line still persists. I am assuming tcon board. But, the fact that it would just gonout for absolutley no reason makes me worried that it could be anything. Line all but disappears on black screen and appears as a tracer when white text (like credits) scroll down the screen. The colored line only appears directly above and below the letters in that situation. But on colored backgrounds it is there all the way top to bottom.
