QLED and The Frame TVsGood evening and welcome to our community! I can totally understand how frustrating this is and am delighted to assist you! Have you checked to see if the line appears during the picture test? You can do this by going to settings>all settings>support>device care> self diagnosis>picture test.
If the line appears during the picture test, the TV will require service. You can use the following link to locate a service center near you https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/locations/ or you can send a private message to any of the mods here with a link to this post and your full model code and serial number of the TV.
