QLED and The Frame TVsIs there a way to clear the cache on a QN49Q70R? The standard answer of "Go To Settings/Storage?Device Care" doesn't seem to apply.

QLED and The Frame TVsHello @bdoruf! Thank you for reaching out! Some models do not include this option; you can, however, try and clear the cache for the app that you may be experiencing issues with individually. Please try the following: Go to Home > Settings > Apps > System Apps, then choose the app from there to clear the cache. You can also reset the smart hub too. This won't reset the TV, but you may have to enter some passwords again. Go to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis, then reset the smart hub, and the PIN should be 0000 unless you have changed it.
