QLED and The Frame TVsOkay. The TV is still less than a month old (Sept. 2025) and we have not been able to open the Disney+ App and log back into our account. We keep getting an Error 1026 when we try to open the App. We have been on the phone with both Disney and Samsung regarding this issue.
With Disney we uninstalled the app. Re installed, cleared the cache (There was no cache to clear), did a cold boot (where you unplug the TV), reset the TV, rebooted our cable modem and router. And still we get the Error 1026.
With Samsung we did a flash boot (Where the TV resets back to factory release. Reinstalled the app. And still the error persists.
Keep in mind, Disney is the only streaming App that fails when I try to start it. I have no problems launching or streaming with other apps (Netflix, Prime, YoutubeTV, Hulu, Samsung TV...).
Disney App version is as of 9/3/2025 Version 25.17.0.
Is this happening to anyone else with a new Samsung TV?
The TV is supposed to be compatible with Disney+. Could I have a defective TV?
I look forward to suggestions.
