Recently (this year) I started experiencing strange behaviour of the Art app on my Frame (QE65LS03AAUXXN). Already twice this year the content was reset without notice and my favorites and all the uploaded pictures were deleted.
Did anyone else encounter this behaviour or knows the solution for this not to happen again. It is very annoying to reupload everything? After one time it was passable, after two it gets very irritating.
Hello @Voronko! Thank you for reaching out! You can try to disable night mode to see if this fixes the issue. Please go to the Art mode home screen to access the settings, and from there, scroll to Art mode options and turn off night mode. If this doesn't help, there could be another issue going on, but as your TV is not a US model, I would be unable to assist further.
