Art Store won't loading

We have just bought a Frame tv - we have subscribed to the Art Store. The problem is the tv won't let us choose a painting - it just asks us to join the Art Store. 
So far, we have 

turned the tv off and on

subscribed and unsubscribed and subscribed again

tried our phone hotspot and wifi 

updated the tv - not needed - 

Had a very unhelpful chat. 
Help please
