You could try switching the socket and seeing if maybe you have a faulty outlet. If that doesn't work unplug all cables including your satellite cable and then wait as the poster above said. If you have it on smart things you can try turning it on from there as well.
Check the ribbon cable inside back panel.. mine after about 7 + years started popping off so I just drilled a hole i back panel so I could just push it back into place and worked like a charm for years after
