2022 Frame TV switching automatically from art to tv mode

My 2022 Frame has started switching on its own from art mode to TV.

it says I have the current software 1503. Which is not even listed on Samsung’s support site under software updates.

Any ideas? Thank you

I'm sure with 97 replies Samsung is aware... and the mods or support teams probably just don't have the info or a fix just yet from the engineers. All we can do is wait at this point.

This has been an ongoing issue since I got this thing in March 2023. I got the 85" and it has been nothing but trouble. It has gotten so bad this week since the update to  Version 1520. It will not stay in art mode and goes to the Fireplace Channel multiple times a day. I hate this TV. PLEASE FIX THIS BUG! I've had it with the quality issues on this hunk of junk. I've replaced 4 screens already due to backlight bleed and dead pixels. The last screen arrived with packing TAPE on the screen which ripped off the matte finish. I'm living with it bc I can't deal with Samsung reps anymore. Spent more than 30hrs on the phone. They don't care about us.

Firmware 1602 did NOT fix this issue. 😤. Do we need to start a class action lawsuit? I'm not getting the advertised use and enjoyment out of this product and have spent litteral days dealing with Samsung over the phone and via email and text. This has become a full time job and no one is paying me to do all this! In fact, I paid $4K for this glitchy, unreliable hunk of junk. This is unbelievable!

So, I had Samsung dispatch someone about this issue and it was the logic board.  They replaced it and it works fine now.

They suggested this for me too but the tv is only 3 weeks old and I wasnt excited about some 3rd party appliance company disassembling a brand new $2k tv so I cancelled it and instead asked for a brand new tv.  No response yet.

Just logged in to add my "me too" to the list.  Since yesterday, our 43" Frame has been switching itself from art mode to some inane thing on Samsung TV Plus on with alarming regularity.  It has occasionally done this in the past, but not often enough to be a real problem.  The current behavior is intolerable.

Same problem here. The frame started recently to exit art mode and enter TV. (Firmware 1520)
