I took the TV out of the box and handled it exactly as quoted. I quickly noticed a mark on the side of the screen. Does anyone know how to fix it or if there is anything that can be done?
Hello! Thank you for reaching out! I see how this can be frustrating with your new TV having a mark on the screen. If it does not go away with cleaning the screen I would recommend taking this back for an exchange. As you did just recently purchase the TV.
