It started several months ago. I was able to watch movies on Cinemax, Universal, and several other movie channels. This was followed by a blank screen. Now I can see ads followed by there was a problem trying to play the Samsung TV Plus channel. Check your network or try again later Nothing has changed here.
Does anyone know what Samsung has done and if it can be fixed?

Projectors & Other TVsI have tried resetting the system an still cannot see Moviehub, Universal an Cinemark Channels. I can see advertisements on all three channels but no movies. Pluto channels work like a charm. Tried reaching out to support by chat but chat does not appear to work.
