So frustrating, Trying to set up my 92 year old fathers TV so it opens youtube TV as last opened app. The smart things registration fails every single time. I am not sure if its because of the wi-fi 5.0 mhz vs 2.4 or not. But after I try to save you tube as last opened app, when I power down the TV, it always comes back on with HDMI-1 and find source blue screen. I just want it to open youtubetv instead. I spent 4 hours struggling and failed. not sure if there is new firmware for this TV but I checked the internal updates. Power cycled the router and TV. I need help. I am using a wireless connection with the Television.
Thanks, Brian

Ensure you have "autorun last app" enabled in the tv settings.
Tap the link below for instructions on how to enable the "autorun" feature

First, press the menu button on your One Remote, then go to Settings, then to Advanced Features. Scroll down to the Start Screen option. Once you're under the Start Screen option, you'll want to turn off "Start with Smart Hub Home." What will happen now is that if you turn off this option, the last source used will be the first screen you see. So open up YouTube then shut off the TV and you're set
