Amazon Music App Stops Playing

My Samsung Smart TV (Model UN65TU690TFX2A) will stop playing any song after about one minute and freezes.  I have rebooted the wireless router and television and also checked for updates for the Amazon Music app and the TV as well.  All up-to-date.  Also deleted and re-installed the app.

The Amazon Music app works on the other TVs in the house, but none are Samsung.

Hello Nontechy! Welcome to the Community! We know how frustrating it can be when your music stops playing all on its own. 
Have you tried clearing the cache for the app on the TV?

Also, does the app close out or does the music just stop playing on its own?

Thank you for the suggestion.  Unfortunately that did not work.  To answer your question, the app does not close out.  The music just stops playing on its own.  It just "freezes."

Is this only happening on the Amazon Music App, or is it happening on other apps as well?

Only on the Amazon Music App.  No other Apps affected.  And the Amazon Music App works fine on my other (non-Samsung) televisions and on my Apple iPhone.

OK.  I have worked with Amazon on this issue and they believe it is the Samsung television.  And I agree.  The Amazon Music App works on ALL other devices except for my Samsung television.  Please refer to previous posts/replies for details.  Last night I completely reset the Samsung TV to factor settings and the app still freezes after 30 or so seconds of playing music.
