Projectors & Other TVsHi there, my freestyle 1st gen protector went to the official Samsung service and when I get back the screen looks pixelated. The focus it's well but it's extra sharp and the pixels are visible in all the settings that's exists.

Projectors & Other TVsThat’s definitely not normal after a service return — a properly calibrated Freestyle shouldn’t show visible pixels like that.
I’d recommend taking photos or even a short video of the issue and contacting Samsung support again. In some cases, the display sharpness or gamma may be misconfigured after a panel replacement, and they can re-calibrate it under warranty.
Some users reported that doing a factory reset of the projector improved this, so you might want to try that first before sending it back.
