I am unable to get product registration to recognize my submission of my serial number for my new curved screen monitor/tv. Model #: C32R500FHN / Model Code# : LC32R500FHNXZA /
Type #: C32R500FH / CAN ICES-3 (B) / NMB-3 (B) / Version No: HE05 / S/N: <hidden>
When I enter the serial number, the website simply appears to not recognize the serial # is there. I have verified that the number is correct.
