I have a hardware issue with my Samsung Odyssey Neo G9 monitor (LC49G95TSSEXXT WHITE). I am hoping someone can please guide me to an internal schematic, or ideally a precise part number for the TCON / T-CON Control board.
After hours of research and talking to some US repair experts it appears likely this TCON board is the source of my problem and I hope to find the part number without cracking open the rear shell multiple times.
Can anyone please help me find the proper part number? I live overseas, and there is a language barrier on my part talking with the local repair center. Any help is appreciated!
