Monitors and MemoryWhen I try to install the Easy Settings Box, I get an error message that says:
"Installation Incomplete
The Installer was interrupted before Easy Settings Box could be installed. You need to restart the installer to try again.
Click 'Close' to exit."
There is another topic on this forum where a user had a similar issue. The only response was to follow the manual's instructions. I've done that and it hasn't solved the issue.
The installer always gives me that error message and only gives me an option to close, and I can't uninstall Easy Settings Box because it never installed in the first place. I've tried re-downloading the installer, restarting, etc.

Monitors and MemorySame problem here; tried the other solution as well as running as administrator but nothing works. Why is Samsung completely quiet on this?
After downloading the software installer from smsng.co/esb I am getting an error message saying 'The installer was interrupted before Easy Setting Box could be installed. You need to restart the installer to try again.
Click "Close" to exit.'
Has anyone seen this before and/or have an idea to the solution?

Monitors and MemoryI'm having the same issue and I guess nobody has managed to figure this out? The issue was present since i purchased the monitor but just gave up trying - giving it another shot today but still can't seem to figure it out!

This program supports Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10 (32/64 bit). This
user manual is written for Windows 10
This is not going to work for Windows 11.
I need something to work for Windows 11 Pro, PLEASE!!!
