Monitors and MemoryHi, I have changed to a new computer and when I try to install the lastest version of Easy Setting Box (64bit), partway through the installation, I receive this error: "There is a problem with the windows installer package. A DLL required for this install to be complete could not be run"
See screenshot: https://www.screencast.com/t/wH6XYQjS
I have tried re-downloading the installer.
Any ideas please?
Thanks
Ross

I can definitely understand how frustrating this may be. This is a Windows installer error. Please try the following from the Microsoft support forums.
go into c:\users\"username"\AppData\Local\ then right click on "temp" and choose "properties". Choose "security" --> edit --> add, and add the username you are using, and give yourself all rights
If this does not help I recommend reaching out to Microsoft regarding this.
