The Smart Remote that is compatible with this model is the Samsung Bn5901388a / TM2240A 2023 IR TV Remote Control. Unfortunately, I don't see the model on our site. However, you may be able to find the remote from a 3rd party site. Ensure the remote is paired correctly.
