TV won’t stay on long enough to do a reset

Samsung Q60BA 50 TV purchased about 2 years ago.

a partial floating black screen and the TV turns off and on by itself. It won’t stay on long enough to do a rest or navigate an option on the home menu.
the floating black screen is creepy .

Try unplugging the tv from the outlet for at least 5 minutes then plug the tv back in and see if that helps.
