I've tried all the diagnostic checking and reseting, replaced batteries, cleaned remote contacts, reset tv. Only thing I can think to do is reset tv to factory. Anytime a button is pressed on the remote, a grey box showing "Not Available" pops up. Seems like the TV is receiving the input and the remote is projecting it, but doesn't do anything. Thanks
Hello! @billsaber Thank you for posting about this. Check your remote batteries to ensure the remote has fresh batteries, even if it seems to be working intermittently. A weak signal might cause the TV not to register the input fully. Try re-pairing the remote after, and check for software updates on the TV to make sure it's updated.
