We have a samsung un70tu7000bxza, and I bought a ugreen 5 port hdmi splitter off Amazon. Itโs hooked up to port 2.
However, the only option on the splitter that comes up is the dvd player, which is in the 2nd slot. Iโve added a Roku and Amazon firestick in slots 1 and 4, but if I click on either of those from the splitter, it simply shows no signal. I have plugged and unplugged everything, and turned everything off and on.
This TV is probably 6 years old, so maybe itโs too old for this? I honestly donโt know. But if the dvd player is showing up, then it has to be at least basically hooked up correctly. So why do the Roku and Amazon fire stick options still show no signal?
Any help is really appreciated. Iโm usually decent at this stuff, but Iโm stuck and just frustrated. Thank you.
