I have a Samsung Smart TV recently just started power cycling on and off for 5 seconds and I have tried everything to fix it by factory reset to cold and hard reset but nothing had resolve the problem.
If powering off and resetting the TV didn't help it sounds like the Power supply has went bad and you would need to contact Support to have a Tech visit to diagnose what is causing the power cycling.
