LED and OLED TVs
I've tried unplugging, resetting with the tv button and remote, I can't use the service code to reset cause I have a Bluetooth remote rather than infrared apparently. No matter what I try my TV is frozen white on step 3 of the setup process.

LED and OLED TVsHello! Thank you for reaching out! If restarting the TV or trying to progress through doesn't work. Then I would recommend calling in directly at 1-800-726-7864 and asking for our remote management team.
