LED and OLED TVsMy Samsung TV model QN77S95DAF won't turn on, and the Best Buy geek squad says they can't do anything and that I have a lemon. It cost $5,000, including setup, and I bought it last December. Samsung is sending out a tech. Is there a known problem with this TV? Samsung TV Model / MODELE NO. : QN77S95DAF Model Code : QN77S95DAFXZA Type No. : QN77S95DA

LED and OLED TVsWhen Samsung's contract tech support team, Service Quick, came out, they replaced the motherboard, and it worked immediately. They indicated there was a known defect in the motherboard during the manufacturing process on some models.

LED and OLED TVsI should add that they replaced the motherboard in the One Connect box. This was several weeks ago, and I haven't had any issues with it since then.
