I recently moved to BT TV from SKY. The TV+ channel keeps taking over the feed and I cannot remove it or stop it.
The BT Box is connected to Denon AVR X3000 using pass through, and from there to TV (UE55KU6670) via HDMI 1 . I have tried the disable/ remove app option in this forum, - https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/HD-and-UHD-TVs/TV-keeps-going-to-samsung-plus/td-p/2304522 but I don't get that option. I can only remove app from Smart menu, but it still shows in my sources.
IO took it off the ARC (HDMI 3) as i thought that might be the problem when I noticed the AVR was flicking between TV and BT box audio 2x a second. This solved the sound conflict, but the TV still always goes to TV+ app. Even when the tv is turned on by the BT box starting.
