I purchased a Samsung TV last December and I have occasionally watched the Samsung channel. I just upgraded my cable service from Verizon to fiber optics. Now I can no longer receive the channel although I can locate the service on my TV. The message keeps reading the connection is broken. I called Verizon and they say the problem is one for Samsung to handle and is not a Verizon problem
. Can anyone help?

LED and OLED TVs
Doesn't your Samsung TV go over WiFi, try going through wifi instead hard wiring it.
