LED and OLED TVsHello Benjoh! We know how frustrating it can be not having antenna signal on your TV.
Here are some troubleshooting steps to help with your connection.
1. Check the Antenna Connection:
Ensure the antenna cable is securely plugged into the "ANT IN" or "RF IN" port on the back of your TV.
If using a coax cable, make sure the connections are tight and free from damage.
Try a different coax cable to rule out a faulty cable.
2. Antenna Placement and Signal:
Try moving the antenna to different locations
Position the antenna closer to a window or in a location with a clear view of the broadcast towers
Ensure the antenna is not obstructed by any objects
Consider using an amplifier if you have a weak signal.
3. Scan for Channels:
Change the TV source to "TV" or "Antenna"
Navigate to the "Broadcasting" or "Auto Program" settings
Select "Auto Program" and choose "Air" or "Both" (Air for antenna only, Both for antenna and cable)
Allow the TV to scan for channels.
Lets us know if this helps!
