I bougth 2 CU7000D Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV one 75 and one 55,
but for some reason i get samsung tv plus only on the 55 inch one.

They are both connected to the same network and same samsung account, and both have the same software installed.

only difference is the 75 inch has a cable box installed and the 55 does not.

how can i activate samsung tv plus on the 75 inch one

Have you gone into Apps->Settings->App Settings and checked that it doesnn't need to be downloaded and installed?

I was able to contact support and the issue was fixed, the tv was in the wrong region.
