If my television has been powered off for a prolonged period, or is fully reset, the screen will flash black a few times, eventually going fully black and not showing any picture. The TV will still be on, as the audio still plays, but the picture will be completely off. If i turn the Television off I do not see the usual turn-off animation, upon turning it back on it will work perfectly fine again with no issues at all.
I have tried resetting, updating, turning off any auto picture-changing settings. No luck. Any ideas?
I have the same TV. My tv also tuned black screen but audio still on after 3 weeks of working perfectly fine..I tried everything but could not get the picture back.
