LED and OLED TVsUpon purchasing the Samsung TV, we were optimistic about its reputed quality and longevity. Armed with a 4-year warranty, we anticipated reliable performance well beyond this period. However, our optimism quickly waned when issues began to surface just after the warranty expired. The sudden darkening of one half of the screen significantly impaired our viewing experience, highlighting that the TV's lifespan fell short of our expectations.
Our experience with the Samsung 46” UHD TV 6 series has been deeply disappointing and frustrating. While we understand that electronics can occasionally fail, the timing and nature of this failure suggest underlying durability issues. Given the substantial investment in a Samsung TV and our previous positive experiences with the brand, we had expected a longer and trouble-free service life.
Considering the premature failure despite our minimal usage, we kindly request Samsung to either exchange, repair, or provide maintenance for our TV. We believe in the brand's potential and hope for a resolution that reflects Samsung's commitment to customer satisfaction. It's worth noting that we have retained the original carton box, underscoring our commitment to preserving the product in good condition.

LED and OLED TVsSounds like you need service, The community is just peer to peer support - You'd need to call samsung 1-800-726-7864. Or contact your extended warranty company most samsung tvs only come with a one year warranty, anything after that if you have issues is covered by a third party company. Double check your paperwork before reaching out because they may just send you to the extended warranty company you purchased that 4 year deal with.
