Samsung - 65" Class S90C OLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV
I bought this TV from best buy on March 3rd, 2024. A few weeks ago half of my apps won't work (Hulu, peacock, paramount). What is strange is that advertisements will work on these apps but the content buffers and then goes back to home screen. These same apps work on all my other devices. I have done all troubleshooting including resetting tv, reinstalling apps, making sure software is updated and even changing DNS. Other apps do work (netflix, apple, youtube ect). After all my troubleshooting I do believe it is an issue with the TV. Please help. Based on previous posts the issue is on your side with a software update. I also see this issue listed here:

LED and OLED TVsWe have tried all of these fixes and more to our TV with the same issue and it did not work. Even had a Samsung tech log into our TV and tried all the same things and nothing worked! It only happened after that latest update. Those apps were working just fine before that. Our TV is the QN65S90CDF and we have had it since September 2023 with all of these apps working just fine until Nov/Dec 2024 whenever we did the update. Wish I could go back and undo it!

LED and OLED TVsI have similar TV QN65S90CAFXZA and end of Dec Paramount stopped working since then HULU, Disney, and Peacock have all stopped working. Only NETFLIX, Prime and MAX continue to work. I have spent endless hours with Paramount and verizon to no avail. On line techs at samsung are no help just befuddled! Bough the TV Nov 23. All these apps worked until recvently. Oddly Paramount went out first. Initially it would load and run the ads and then freeze eventually giving a 3304 error message. It worked then it did not work then it worked again and finally it simply stopped and even the ads dont run. Has anyone got any solutions?!

LED and OLED TVsHas anybody found a fix for this yet? Mine stopped working in October of 2024. TV's barely a year old. Everything that's been mentioned in this thread I'm experiencing and nothing works. I have to go into the bedroom to watch my little TV just to watch them.

LED and OLED TVsV2011 was the update that installed One UI in Nov. and which broke my apps. V2020 was released in early Jan. I think and was somehow installed on my TV even though I have auto update turned off and don't remember seeing any popup notification about it. It did nothing to fix my apps.

LED and OLED TVsQN65S90CAFXZA same exact problem!Only netflix and Max work. Paramount, HULU, Disney and Peacock all stopped working! Where the H is Samsung on this issue? Their on line techs know nothing just the stadard BS reseting router, resetting hub, updating apps clearing cache. (interesting that the apps that work have zero cache and those that dont work all have ~ 6MB in the cache) I can cast the apps from my phone, but Im about ready to trash this TV.
Does Samsung monitor this stuff??

LED and OLED TVsSame issue. I thought I was insane. Is there anyway to rollback the firmware/software to before the One UI broke all of the apps?
