LED and OLED TVs

I have a UN75TU690TFXZA 75” tv. It is about 2 years old and used very little. We turned it on a week ago and it looked like a giant upc label on the screen. The screen is divided in vertical strips and the content is scrolling. I will try to post a picture. I have unhooked all of the inputs. The sound works. Anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

I'm sorry to hear this, but it seems like a component controlling the screen may be malfunctioning. Since the issue persists even after disconnecting all inputs, you should contact a repair center to have the TV assessed for possible repairs.
