The user manual for UN86TU9000FXZA mentions the ability to update the software with a USB drive, but the download doesn't exist on this web page. I tried chat support, and they kept sending me the same link.
I prefer to do a USB update because our business network doesn't allow the TV to update correctly. The tv currently has 2501, and the update mechanism says 2503 is available.
Can someone provide the link to the firmware or update the support page?
