My Tv stuck on language menu

I have rest my TV and remote is not working 😭. I can't connect it to my phone either. No my TV is on choosing language screen and I can't even control from tv itself. Please help me

Try to point the remote at the TV's sensor (usually on the bottom right or center), then press and hold the "Return" and "Play/Pause" buttons simultaneously for at least 3 seconds

I did that many times and bought a second remote but it's not working. I have checked remotes with my phone camera and work fine

By chance, is there a Protective film strip covering the eye on Tv?

No nothing on it. I have tried my remote at store and it works perfectly, paired twice with two Samsung TVs

Just use a regular computer mouse then you can control everything
