Tuesday in
LED and OLED TVsI am encountering a problem with my Samsung TV (ue55nu7179) when trying to connect to a Wi-Fi network that uses PEAP (Protected Extensible Authentication Protocol) for authentication. Instead of showing the username and password required by EAP or PEAP authentication, show this message: "Install Certificate. Make sure your storage device is connected properly and try again."
Connecting to a hotspot mobile or router works, but EAP or PEAP authentication is NO.
Additionally, I have updated the TV's firmware to the latest version and reset the network settings, but the issue persists.
I would appreciate any assistance or guidance on resolving this connectivity issue.

LED and OLED TVsHello! Thank you for posting about this. I completely understand your concerns. Since you have already checked for firmware and reset network settings. Can you check the compatibility? Some Samsung Tv's have limited support for advanced eneterprise-grade network protocols. Check the TV's manual for compatibility.
Let me know if this helps

LED and OLED TVsCan you advise me on which Series supports business enterprise-grade? At least knowing if a new TV supports I will try to buy it, but before contacting the seller for nothing.
I appreciate any help you can provide.
