Now a couple of day’s I get a pop-up to start Ai on my Samsung oled s95f. There is no option to disable this feature. I can cancel it but every day after turning on this pop-up keeps appearing and blocks whatever you are looking at for a couple of seconds.

I don’t want this function. How to disable this is there an option or is this a bug. I don’t want to be forced or use this.

Hello @JD16, welcome to the Samsung Community!
Vision AI is part of the Intelligent Mode suite, which automatically adjusts picture and sound settings. To regain full manual control, simply turn off Intelligent Mode:

Press Home on your remote.
Go to Settings > All Settings.
Navigate to General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings.
Toggle Intelligent Mode to Off.

Let us know if this helps!

Make sure that you have the latest software version: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10002051/

I have this same issue on my S90F and there is no "Intelligent Mode Settings" under Settings > All Settings. Please advise.

My tv does not have that setting option. I have a Q7F that is less than 4 months old.

The S95F 77” does not have an option for Intelligent Mode Settings in the General & Privacy section.  I was unable to locate that menu option in any of the sub menus.

You're pointing us to settings that literally don't exist.

S95F does NOT have this 'Intelligent Mode' setting anywhere in the settings menu tree.

PLEASE for the Love of God, get rid of this unwanted 'feature' where these unhelpful AI Pop ups show up every day to interrupt what I'm watching. Or, fix the settings menu so that it can be disabled. Either way, I spent a LOT of money on this TV, I expect to get a firmware update to fix this, this is a bug and a major unwanted annoyance.

Yesterday your answer was very quick but the option, General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings, isn’t available like others also mentioned. So your proposed solution doesn’t help at all.

Any other ideas? This Shouldn’t be a problem to disable this and looks like I’am not the only one.

Yesterday you were very quick with the answer. But like also other have mentioned this option, General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings doesn’t exit. So your proposed  solution doesn’t work.

Any other ideas? Shouldn’t be hard to fix this, and I know that I’am not the only one with this major problem.

Sorry about that, I didn't realize your model didn't have the option to go to the settings. To better assist with this concern; Can you provide the specific model number of the TV? I understand that dealing with Pop-ups can be tedious. Currently, we do not have a way to turn them off, but certain models can time them out. We can look further into this matter, once we have the model number. Thank you.
