Now a couple of day’s I get a pop-up to start Ai on my Samsung oled s95f. There is no option to disable this feature. I can cancel it but every day after turning on this pop-up keeps appearing and blocks whatever you are looking at for a couple of seconds.

I don’t want this function. How to disable this is there an option or is this a bug. I don’t want to be forced or use this.

This problem went away for me after about 1 -2 weeks.

Samsung should still fix it by stopping the prompt after you have pressed the AI button once, even if you do not enable the AI feature. Annoying users with prompts to enable AI for 1-2 weeks is unacceptable.

I'm about ready to throw out my two Samsung TVs, even the older one that doesn't have this pathetic atrempt "AI" garbage forced on me.

S95f oled here. I noticed this on my tv recently. Hoping for an update to get this fixed. This is intrusive and is not a welcome feature.

This went away after 1-2 weeks for me and did not happen for about 2 weeks, but now it has come back. This really needs to get fixed. I'm in Sweden, perhaps this acts differently in different regions.

I have the AI pop-up as well! It started in the past few days.  I am so tired of it that I disconnected my TV from the internet. So far that has worked.  The fact that there is no way to stop it speaks volumes about priorities and Samsung's focus on the customer experience. What else will you foist upon me? For streaming, I can use my game console or Roku.

I've been getting the pop-up again for a few days now. The only difference is that it doesn't interrupt my viewing with a black screen. Why is Samsung trying to force this on me? This is clearly externally controlled, so Samsung can disable it; it has nothing to do with your settings, AI is tuned off.

I don't want this. "NO" is also an answer, so why isn't this accepted? If I had known this beforehand, I would have chosen a different brand, and I also advise other people considering this choice against a Samsung TV.

Samsung can apparently generate pop-ups without your permission, and you have absolutely no control over them.

Exactly the same here.

Having the same issue here. The pop-up used to make the whole screen go black. Now, it just appears over whatever is already on the screen. This is still unacceptable. I've had the TV for about two months, and this still won't go away.

Go to Apps om your TV, find the Samsung Vision AI app - delete it.

Yes, it's hard to find this.

See my post after this picture, in the last one is a description on how to get rid of this.
