How old is your TV? Is it located in an area where there may be electrical interference? I suggest doing a diagnostic if your TV has a diagnostic mode, and getting in touch with Samsung to find out about your service options. Is this a constant issue? Does it happen when you turn the set on and then even out later? Does the TV start with normal colors and fade as you watch?
