Technician came out and broke wall mount

Tv came with missing pixels, created a ticket to have it taken care off, tech finished job, mom calls me saying tv is leaning way to forward, takes ring camera and shows me behind tv , I call tech, says the bolt "came off" he can come back i I have some zip ties so he can zip tie the tv back to the mount , I declined his offer and complain to customer service, still waiting on that, sister comes over (im still at work) and tells me to bring the tv down before it falls on the glass tv stand underneath, get home replace the tv wall mount because im not going to wait for this thing to fall, finally sit down to watch TV and notice thin line atop and greyscale color shift on tv with pixelated blacks and deep purple colors , to late to call customer support now but going to request new tv and cost of both tv wall mounts

You can repair alot of things yourself , considering i just bought it a week ago , ill let the warranty take care of it

Just took it down yesterday, had an extra one at home so just replaced it , tv is still messed , instead they left a white line / gap at the top , screen was not placed correctly, tv looks pixelated and blurry / faded , all around horrible job , I get it , mistakes happen , im sure there's a form or action taken when something breaks but the fact they didnt say anything and tried to zip tie it to remedy it when I called them back , all around they deserve some type of discipline on there end , asking for a new tv and refund for the wall mount isn't asking for the world , its asking to make it right
