Can't get to Live TV stations

My remote will only go to Samsung LiveTV. I can manually type the live TV number and it will come up, but not by scrolling the up and down channels from the remote control.  I have rebooted the TV, changed batteries on remote, reset the remote... nothing works.  My input/source says Samsung TV and I don't know how to change it.

we would love to assist with the TV to ensure you're receiving the best experience possible. Are you using external device such as an antenna? We recommend for local channels, to connect an antenna and run an "Auto Program" scan in Settings > Broadcasting, choosing "Air/Antenna". For streaming assistance, you will press the Home button and launch Samsung TV Plus for free options or download other live TV apps from the App Store.

Yes, I am on an antenna... I already did that. It shows I should have 106 live tv stations. And if I put in the channel number, it will change to the live TV channel. But if I use the up/down button or go to the guide, it only shows Samsung channels and will only go to SamsungTV

Thanks... I already tried that. Rebooted TV and Router twice.

So, I am replying with the answer that I received in less than 2 minutes from the Customer Support #... 

Go to guide. Navigate to far left of guide and up to where it says "Filter By:" It should be on All.
