Ever since i bought the tv i had notice it had light bleeding on the sides when a darker image is appearing on the tv and it increased over time. My warranty was about to end ao i filed a warranty claim only for samsung tech to come home and conclude that per samsung bulletin this is within specification. Then he read me the bulletin from what he received back from his office. I pressed the issue but he said that he can't do any repair unless samsung says so. He did some picture tests and even though i showed him the pics i had taken earlier(see below) his back office wasn't convinced. Its frustrating as it this clearly seems unusual amount of bleeding.
What are my options, makes me never want to buy any of their products ever again
12/23: samsung mod intervened and took care of the issue. My screen was eventually replaced with a brand new one and the results are much much better. What i would expect from a led tv. Kudos to the samsung mod who helped me address the situation.
