LED and OLED TVsIs audio always available via the rear panel audio jacks and if not can it be enabled regardless of how audio is setup otherwise? My "normal" audio out from the TV to home receiver is via HDMI and that seems to disable audio at the RCA jacks and optical rear panel connections.
Reason I'm asking this is that I have a hearing aid device that can connect to either RCA jack or optical cable to a TV that allows me to "hear" the audio from the TV directly to the hearing aids while "normal" audio can be heard by others in the room.
This works OK on another TV in the house but not the Samsung TU8000.

LED and OLED TVsAh.... so its INPUT, not OUTPUT for Component/AV, that explains it. Should have moved the TV away from the wall to read the label or read the manual.
Now next to component is an optical output connector. When I connect a cable there, it shuts off audio via the HDMI cable I have connected to home theater receiver. Is there are way I can have both connections active for audio in settings somewhere?
Thanks for your help.

LED and OLED TVsI kinda thought that was the case, unfortunately, just wanted to make sure I wasn't overlooking something in the TU8000 settings.
Thanks again for your help.
