LED and OLED TVsIntermittent flickering and screen going black. I've tried turning off ECO settings, lowering the brightness, and performing a factory reset. I was hoping the problem was isolated to the One Connect box, however it happens when using Apps installed on the TV as well. When disconnect the One Connect box, the TV is unusable and displays a graphic that it needs the one connect box.
Could replacing the One Connect Box possibly help?
Is there a common fix for this issue?

LED and OLED TVsThanks for the reply. I've seen backlight kits for cheap, so I may try this repair.
Can anyone else confirm the backlight is probably the culprit?

LED and OLED TVsHi there @Members_XsSHTlN, and thank you for reaching out. @SyCoREAPER hit the nail on the head with their suggestions. If you haven't tried. i would also suggest plugging the television directly into an outlet if it happens to be plugged into surge protector. We usually suggest a direct connection to an outlet if possible because it can cause the television to act wonky. If none of these work, don't hesitate to reach out to us here for additional assistance!
Thank you for being a Samsung customer!
