Soundbar stays connected through HDMI ARC and frequently use Q symphony. No streaming device is connected in any way. I only use the apps built in at the homescreen. Every video setting resets, doesnt save custom picture modes and doesnt wake from sleep mode on the same picture mode if I choose a default one. Audio settings reset as well, even the EQ settings reset once powered off. Not in demo mode, no available updates for either device, connected to same wifi network, both are connected to smartthings app on my S24 ultra, all energy saving settings are disabled, and lastly i have reset both devices to factory settings several times. Still refuses to keep audio and video settings once turned off
