Regardng for pull the app icon in the back forward

I want to know how I can move the app icon.
The 55" UHD UN55MU6290FXZA TV has the function to move the app icon.
However, 43" Crystal UHD UN43TU700DFXZA TV does not have the function to move the app icon.
I want to know what to do if there is no feature to pull the app icon in the back forward.
No matter how much I look for it, I can't move it.

On all of my Samsung tv you would hover over the Apple TV app and long press on it and you should see the option to move it.  That’s how I’ve rearranged all of my apps

I have an older Samsung TV, the way I can move icons around is once I hover over or highlight it, I need to arrow down to activate the menu to move or delete. Hope that works.

@mkwoo_0324 Have you tried going all the way to the right on that list of apps? Some of the TVs have a "List edit" at the end. Click that and then you can long press on an app icon and move it.
