Kitchen and Family HubSamsung gas oven Model NX60A6511SG/AA was bought about a year ago and have only used the oven a handful of times. After light use and when oven was not in use, the oven inner glass suddenly shattered, sending shattered tempered glass all over inside the door. It was loud, shocking, and extremely dangerous.
Meanwhile, I’ve already stepped on sharp glass and feel pain with every step. I can’t safely remove the broken glass because it’s trapped inside the oven’s door structure and keeps falling out through a gap at the bottom.
This isn’t just a product defect but it’s a serious safety issue, especially in a household with children. I’m extremely disappointed with the product. I am hoping Samsung customer service takes immediate action to resolve this.
