UPDATE- I found a post on facebook from someone with the same issue and they said one of the burner knobs were not turned off completely. I wiggled all my burner knobs and flipped my oven breaker back on and the cooling fan has not turned back on. Crossing my fingers this has fixed the issue!
We just got back from being on vacation for two weeks and noticed the cooling fan on our 2018 Samsung Electric Range (model# NE58K9430SS) is running and cool air is blowing out the top vents on the door. The oven has not been used in over two weeks. Does anyone know how to fix this? There is no on/off switch or button for the fan anywhere. I have tried flipping the breaker for the oven off for a few minutes and back on, attempting to reset it, but the fan came right back on again. Please help!

Kitchen and Family HubI've also been having this problem for several months. It's impossible to find help with Samsung, and it's difficult to connect with them. On the phone, you have to wait in a line with more than 60 people waiting. They've asked me to explain by text. I've been doing so for 25 days now, and there's been no response, nor has there been a response by email.
