Best advice I can give about a Samsung refrigerator is don't buy one. The same refrigerator I've had issues with before Christmas is still.waiting for service. The only service company they have in my area is Service Quick. They've changed my appointment twice. Supposed to be coming on 1/9 and don't think they'll show up. I'm going to call Samsung to confirm... Has anyone contacted an attorney about these refrigerators? Refrigerators failing after 2 or 3 years? Seems to be happening often with these.
I'm already shopping for something else. I'll get it fixed and get rid of it.. The lack of customer service I've seen so far has me convinced to cut my losses.
