Kitchen and Family HubHi,
I bought a RF22R7351SR and the auto-fill was working perfectly. Since a couple of weeks ago, the auto fill and the refrigerator are not working as it should. First of all, it changes the configuration by itself. I have set to water, and it changes to infused water and it never fill completely the pitcher. I tried everything and it's not working properly.
Wait for help.
Thanks,

Kitchen and Family HubAUTO-REFILL water pitcher leaks on the front rim when pouring water into a glass. The top of the pitcher is properly attached to the container but still leaks. Any solutions or any way to replace the water pitcher? We enjoy this auto-fill feature multiple times a day.
Model # is RG28R7351SG.
I contacted customer service and they want to send a tech to our house to look at it. There is nothing to look at. The pitcher is warped and leaks. No matter how much I adjust the gasket.
We have only had this fridge a month! Please help!

Kitchen and Family HubThe manual says to take off the cap and let the water drain. I don't see a cap to take off. I only see a blue button or plastic.

Kitchen and Family HubThe cap is located at the bottom of the holder. (see image below)

Kitchen and Family HubHello...all of the sudden (literally overnight) it seems the autofill process is not working correctly on my Samsung RF28R7351SR French Door Refridgerator. This is seriously disheartening because it is our FAVORITE feature. I have run through all the troubleshooting steps, we haven't moved our fridge since we put it in place a year ago. I turned the 'autofill' off and back on again, I've emptied the pitcher and waited for it to refill only for it to make it maybe 1/3 to 1/2 way full. OF COURSE our warranty JUST ended in JUNE...and I will be so terribly let down if this is a costly issue on a refrigerator that isn't even a year old! What can we do? Also, I feel it's worth mentioning, I'm a little perturbed that the year warranty ran out but we haven't had the refrigerator for the full year. We had to wait almost 7 weeks before we even received our fridge. Just tried all these steps: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Kitchen-and-Family-Hub/Fridge-Autofill-not-always-triggering-not... and these: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001852/#leaks-from-the-autofill-water-pitche... And it still has only filled a quarter of the way in 8 minutes.

Kitchen and Family HubI can definitely understand how frustrating this may be. I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information and look at this from a case by case basis please provide the full model code and the serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.
