Kitchen and Family HubI used a Q tip and rubbing alcohol to clean inside the probe connection. Make sure to push the Q tip as far as you can and do it 2 or 3 times. Now I do this every time after doing an oven self clean.

Kitchen and Family HubCHEAP, EASY SOLUTION --- Consolidating a couple of suggestions from other people and adding detail:
Problem is caused by steam. Happened to me when dehydrating.
1. Stick a Q-tip with a little rubbing alcohol deep into the probe port (upper right, just inside the oven). Swish it all around to clean out any water residue and gunk.
2. Let it dry out.
3. Screw a size M10 acorn nut onto the probe port. (Buy at hardware store or Amazon)
4. Done

This is exactly my issue as well.
My partner and I now have had 3 different Samsung appliances fail in the last 4 months. These appliances are about 1.5 years old.
As these appliances were installed just before we moved in, Samsung refuses to honour the warranty.
I'm going to try and clean the port, but failing that, I'm going to pull the port out and attempt to disable the sensor permanently.
I'll never buy another samsung product again as long as I live, and fully intend to actively discourage any random person I talk to from buying this landfill e-waste.
They seem affordable until you add up the other charges for 1 year of a working product:
1) cost of the Samsung appliance
2) cost of service from un-honored warranty
3) cost of a new appliance
4) cost of Samsung appliance removal
Edit: 5) cost of the wasted food / damaged clothing

I have nx60t8751sg, the black stainless is great looking, that's all i can say good about it. It is 3 months out of warranty, I have hardly used the oven, I never plugged the temp prob in, yet I have the same "To use Temp Probe" error. I contacted Samsung support and they told me to get lost. I bought a new temp probe jack and pulled the oven apart and that didn't fix it. Now i have a new control board on the way to try and salvage a $2,700 oven. What a terrible company. Even if the main boars fixes this I am done with Samsung, not only there appliances, phones also. They ripped me off for $2700. They won't get another penny from me! This model of oven has so many issues, a quick google search can prove it. There should be a recall on these. Samsung will go the way of Verizon. They used to think they had the best network and their customers. Now they are in huge trouble because customers got tired. Same thing will happen to Samsung

Kitchen and Family HubUpdate to the temperature prob issue. I bought a replacement main board on ebay. Installed it myself and it fixed the oven. The board was 185$. So Samsung clearly had a bad bunch of boards if all of these people have the same issue. The board probably costs them a few bucks. They could do the right thing and do a recall or atleast offer to send customers a replace main board. The replacement is not hard. They lost me as a customer for the rest of my life.
