I have the 6.0 cu. ft. Smart Freestanding Gas Range , Model number:NX60A6711SS/AA
It's 25 months old. When turning on the oven, it gets stuck in "Preheat" at 175 degrees. never moves from that temp. with my limited knowledge on such, I suspect it's either the igniter, the temp sensor or a malfunction in the control board.
Samsung service took 3 days to contact me. Will take four more days to come out and "look at it" to determine what the issue is and order the part. Then they reschedule to come back and actually fix it. At this rate, it could be Thanksgiving before its repaired.
Anyone else had this problem, know of a way to pinpoint the actual issue quicker?
